Insurance
We are only considered "IN Network" Provider with Aetna. We are 'out of network' for all other insurance plans. You would be paying out of pocket for appointments. Later, you can file for reimbursement with your insurance. A lot of our patients file for and get reimbursed by their insurance. We will provide a 'superbill/invoice' that you can use to file your claim.
Cancellation and No-Show policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. As a courtesy to others and to avoid being charged the full session fee, please provide at least 24 business hours notice to cancel appointments. No shows will be charged the full session fee. In the case of illness or transportation issues, we can conduct your scheduled session by TELEHEALTH.



Payments
Payment in full is expected at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks or credit cards. We accept these major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover.

Refills
Please do not allow yourself run out of medication. It is your responsibility to request a refill with sufficient advance notice ( greater than 2 business days) Include the following information in your request - your doctor, your contact information, your preferred pharmacy, requested medication name and dose. Please allow up to two business days for your refill to be sent.

Out of Office
For non-urgent calls, please call the office and leave a message; we will return your call within 24-48 hours. You can also email your doctor for non-urgent questions. If Dr. Lares and/or Dr. Ripepi are out of town or on vacation, they will arrange for another psychiatrist to cover.
